Design For Manufacturing (DFM)
We examine the mouldability of the transmitted products, evaluate the risks that may occur,
and present the mechanism and mould problems as a presentation. In line with the demand, we revise
the product and make it mouldable.
Product Offer Process
We make mechanism predictions (type, quantity and estimated size) of your products and send you a file
in our own format with estimated mould dimensions. We add DFM data to the files upon request.
Mould Design
We design plastic injection moulds with the specified quality in
accordance with your deadlines, plans and demands and offer them to your service.
Project Follow-up
From the design stage of the project to the OEM delivery stage,
we support you in the desired parts and follow up your work by providing
reports at the desired intervals.
